Converting waste into renewable energy sources
You all might not care or realize the many renewable or alternative energy but there are multiple options our nation can consider in the difficult quest of making our environment clean and livable. One very efficient option that we should take into deep consideration is methanol, a green-house gas commonly found at dumps. It is very cost-effect and we would have sufficient energy for years to come, in fact this type of energy has been used by Wheelabrators' waste-to-energy facilties for 100 years. It turns waste into energy by converting it in to steam and electricity.

cars
I guess many cars companies are running out of business, which effects the topic I'm learning about in humanities. Truth be told I was excited to learn about it at first, but as time goes on it really seems to be getting more and more monotonous. I get really tired of researching for hours on end, I think I'm just to picky about the information I chose to use. Anyways back to the article, Chrysler is going out of business, so it's being sold to General Motors.

automakers aid
I read an article recently about how democrats want to force the Bush administration to help aid in american auto industry for fear it might collapse and be pushed into bankruptcy. I on the other hand hope it collapses it will rid our nation and world of extra unneeded pollution, that isn't to say that many will loose their jobs, but oppurtunities for other jobs will definately be created by our future generations of automobiles and renewable energy sources, such as wind.
“In order to prevent the failure of one or more of the major American automobile manufacturers,” Ms. Pelosi said in her statement, “which would have a devastating impact on our economy, particularly on the men and women who work in that industry, Congress and the Bush administration must take immediate action.”
I mean I do agree with her, but atleast it will force our nation to look in to other options, and we do have multiple to look in to.
